PlayStation tells US court digital games are temporary licenses.

PlayStation told a US court that digital games bought from the PS Store are temporary licences, not property. The statement comes after a class-action lawsuit accused Sony of not warning buyers about the temporary nature of these licences. The plaintiffs want the "Buy" button to be changed to say "acquire a licence" instead.
