Anthropic signs $35 billion cloud deal with Lambda

AI developer Anthropic has reportedly committed $35 billion for cloud capacity with Lambda, a provider backed by Nvidia. The deal, which was reported by The Wall Street Journal and confirmed by Reuters, is for a data centre being built in Texas. The Lambda agreement follows several other large contracts Anthropic has recently signed with various suppliers.
