Paris prosecutor Laure Beccuau has vowed to track down everyone behind the violence and looting that has hit the French capital since Saturday. Speaking to TF1 on Monday, she said prosecutors would stay mobilised as long as needed, with preliminary investigations into the most serious crimes. She urged looted shopkeepers to send evidence to the courts and said she could not confirm detainees were ultra-left.
