Mahmood Holds EU Talks on Rejoining Police Databases

Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood will meet EU home affairs commissioner Magnus Brunner on Monday to discuss migration, border management, policing and counter-terrorism. Talks will cover the UK rejoining police and security databases it lost access to after Brexit, as well as the Eurodac migration database. It follows Andy Burnham saying he wants data sharing restored, with Frontex figures showing Channel small boat crossings down 43%.
