A London tarot reader is suing Vue for £12.7 million after a cinema seat collapsed and threw him forward at Islington in 2015. Marcus Hunefalk-Franzen says chronic pain wrecked his psychic and acting work, and claims a planned online fortune-telling platform would have made millions. Vue admits liability but disputes the figure, citing earlier problems. The claim rose from £50,000 and may wait until 2027.
