Yemen’s president says the campaign to take the country back has started

On Sunday, in a televised address, President Rashad al-Alimi announced military operations to retake all remaining territory held by the Houthis. The same day, spokesman Yahya Saree claimed missile and drone strikes on Aramco sites in Riyadh and Khurais. Saudi Arabia had not commented. Houthi television said at least two people were wounded. AFP reported the Houthis had cut the route from Taiz to Aden.
