Dodik cannot stand, and still says his party has just taken the Serb vote

Bosnia voted on Sunday. With nearly 90 percent of votes counted, Milorad Dodik's ally Željka Cvijanović had more than 55 percent for the Serb seat on the joint presidency. Dodik, who is banned from holding office, said his party would control Republika Srpska's assembly and thanked Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. Official turnout was 42 percent. Croat and Bosniak frontrunners also still claimed victory early.
