A judge pulls apart the block keeping two Gaza families from Britain

The Guardian reported on Sunday that an Upper Tribunal judge had quashed Home Office decisions blocking two Gaza mothers and their five children, all seven or under, from joining husbands with refugee status in Britain. Judge Fiona Lindsley said the unsafe-journeys policy was applied unlawfully. The families are unwell and malnourished. The Home Office said it would appeal. About 250 to 300 people are similarly stranded.
