Woman escapes Berlin high-rise fire by jumping from 11th floor

Thirteen people were hurt, mostly from smoke, after a fire broke out on the 11th floor balcony of a Berlin block of flats. Footage showed a woman dangling 35 metres up, forcing her to drop into a rescue basket as firefighters couldn't reach her. The building's 113 residents were evacuated, with five people taken to hospital.
