Ukraine's parliament passed a bill taxing e-commerce and international parcels, meeting a key condition for financial aid after missed deadlines. It won 252 votes and introduces VAT on foreign parcels worth up to 150 euros, plus new customs rules for mail and express shipments. Finance Minister Serhii Marchenko said the IMF and EU tranches of 700 million dollars and 3.7 billion euros should arrive soon.
