Williams upbeat in Bahrain after Barcelona test absence
Williams Team Principal James Vowles says morale within the Grove squad has improved after the team finally joined official pre-season testing in Bahrain, following their decision to miss the Barcelona shakedown due to delays with the FW48. The British outfit completed a trouble-free first day as Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon took the car out, giving staff confidence despite lost track time. Vowles stressed there is still work ahead before the Australian GP.
