European football's governing body Uefa has told Fifa to hand over documents about its governance and decision-making by 2 November. In a letter seen by BBC Sport, Uefa general secretary Theodore Theodoridis said Fifa had failed to answer several fundamental questions. President Gianni Infantino apologised last week for his World Cup sell-off plan but released no papers. Uefa's concerns also include the Fifa Peace Prize.
