Over 200 tonnes of rubbish dumped in Gloucester countryside

More than 200 tonnes of hazardous waste, including household rubbish, white goods, and asbestos, has been illegally dumped in Gloucester. The mass fly-tip occurred behind shops in a designated flood plain, with dumping ongoing since February. A major operation involving the Environment Agency, Gloucester police, and Gloucester City Council is now underway to clear the two-acre site.
