McFadden hints at 10% inheritance tax for social care.

Work and Pensions Secretary Pat McFadden has not denied that Andy Burnham's new government is looking at a 10% tax on all inheritances. The levy could reportedly raise £18 billion to help fix the UK's adult social care system, an issue Prime Minister Burnham has pledged to address.
