M5 crash causes major delays near Bristol today

Drivers are facing significant delays on the M5 today after a crash partially blocked the southbound carriageway between Junction 19 and Junction 20. National Highways reported 30-minute delays in both directions, with two of three lanes closed and about four miles of congestion. Traffic conditions are expected to return to normal between 4pm and 4:15pm today.
