Lithuania has evacuation plans but will fight back if Russia attacks
Lithuania's prime minister said the country has made evacuation plans for its citizens in case of threats from Russia. Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius stated on Newsnight that they will "fight back" if attacked, but also plans to get elderly citizens out of cities smoothly. Lithuania, a Nato member, shares a border with Russia's Kaliningrad enclave and feels constantly threatened by drone incursions.
