Nigel Farage has said a planned EU youth mobility scheme would amount to uncontrolled immigration. On the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, the Reform UK leader said it would mean immigration over which Britain has no control. A numerical cap is expected, with Brussels floating 150,000. The plan is due to be discussed when Andy Burnham meets European Union leaders at a 20 November summit.
