Barnier Says EU Market Access Means Free Movement

Barnier Says EU Market Access Means Free Movement

European People's Party, CC BY 2.0, via Wikimedia Commons

Michel Barnier has told the BBC that Britain cannot pick and choose parts of the EU single market. He spoke after Andy Burnham said closer economic ties with Europe were an option. A British rebate would stay off the table.
