Ukraine Nuclear Plant Loses Outside Power And Runs On Diesel

Europe's largest nuclear plant has lost its outside power and is running on backup diesel generators, the UN watchdog said. The IAEA said the Ferosplavna line went down for unknown reasons, with enough diesel to run limited emergency generators for about two weeks. Plant managers said radiation on site remained normal.
