Greater Manchester mayoral byelection sees Labour expected to win comfortably
The byelection to replace Andy Burnham as Greater Manchester mayor is overshadowed by his new role as prime minister. Labour's Bev Craig is expected to win easily, with a recent poll giving her a 20-point lead over Reform UK's Sian Astley. More than 2 million people are eligible to vote in this historically large contest.
