Dassault Systèmes buys ArisGlobal for $1.8 billion cash

Dassault Systèmes, a French software company, is acquiring ArisGlobal, which provides an AI-native compliance system for the life sciences sector. The deal is worth about $1.8 billion in cash, plus up to $200 million more linked to future revenue. The goal of this acquisition is to establish a single AI intelligence hub for life sciences, linking drug development with actual patient outcomes.
