Brundle: Mercedes' new car makes Russell a 2026 title contender.

F1 expert Martin Brundle thinks George Russell has a real shot at winning the 2026 trophy. After seeing the new Mercedes W17 perform well in winter testing, Brundle believes Russell has finally become the team's true leader. Although the car looks fast and reliable, the race for the title is still wide open. With the first race in Australia approaching, Ferrari, McLaren, and Red Bull all look strong enough to challenge for the win.
