Barcelona wildfire burns 35 hectares, forces evacuations

A large wildfire in Barcelona has burnt about 35 hectares of land, with residents in some areas told to stay indoors or evacuate. Mobile phone alerts advised residents of Torre Baró and Ciutat Meridiana to shut doors and windows. Around 35 people were evacuated from approximately 20 homes closest to the fire in Torre Baró.
