The Trump administration is investigating Democratic congresswoman Ilhan Omar with the aim of removing her US citizenship and eventually deporting her, the Wall Street Journal reports. Investigators are examining whether her age was changed on immigration papers so she could gain citizenship through her late father. Her office called the inquiry baseless. Federal agents searched her Minnesota home days ago, weeks before the midterm elections.
