Anthropic drops plans for a $6 billion deal to buy Decart AI

AI developer Anthropic has reportedly decided not to acquire Israeli startup Decart AI in a deal valued at about $6 billion. The Claude chatbot maker had explored the acquisition and done due diligence but walked away, according to Bloomberg. Decart's technology aims to reduce AI training costs by improving chip efficiency, and the companies might still explore other ways to work together.
