Telegram services now restoring after thousands of users report outage

Messaging app Telegram experienced a service disruption, with thousands of users in Singapore reporting issues on the morning of September 8. Around 10:20 am, over 1,500 reports were made, peaking at nearly 4,000 just after 10:30 am. Users in other Southeast Asian countries also experienced similar outages.
