Ambulances Rush To Wandsworth Jail Holding Russell Brand

Emergency crews were called to HMP Wandsworth this morning, where Russell Brand is being held ahead of sentencing, the Evening Standard reports. Three ambulances, two ambulance cars and fire crews attended from 9.46am; the fire brigade said the incident was over by 10.20am. The cause was not disclosed. Brand was convicted of rape and three sexual assaults on Thursday and returns to court on Monday.
