China's foreign ministry says Beijing is talking with parties about a historic three-way meeting of Xi Jinping, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. Spokesman Mao Ning said a summit could come this month on APEC sidelines in Shenzhen, where Trump is expected for a third Xi encounter this year. Analysts call it photo-op with clashing interests; Putin may gain most while China seeks image without costs.
