£625,000 fines for Chelsea and West Ham
Chelsea and West Ham United have been handed significant fines after a heated clash between players during their Premier League meeting at Stamford Bridge in January. Chelsea must pay £325,000, while West Ham face a £300,000 sanction. Both sides admitted they failed to properly control their squads during the stoppage-time incident. The confrontation followed Chelsea’s 3-2 win and resulted in a red card for West Ham defender Jean-Clair Todibo.
