Who looks after zoo animals?
The story mentions 'staff at the wildlife park' rescuing one meerkat. Zoo and wildlife park staff, often called zookeepers or animal carers, are responsible for the daily welfare of animals. This includes feeding, cleaning enclosures, monitoring health, and, as seen here, responding to emergencies. Their quick actions in difficult circumstances are crucial for animal safety.
