What is MenB?

MenB is a serious bacterial infection that can cause meningitis and septicaemia. It's particularly dangerous for young people, like university students, as it can lead to life threatening complications and long term health problems. The vaccine helps your body build protection against it, which is why health bosses are keen for students to get jabbed.
