Ukrainian and European officials are meeting Donald Trump's envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff in Miami to discuss new ideas aimed at ending Russia's war. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the two-day talks follow deadly Russian strikes that killed more than seventy civilians this week, including thirty on buses in Kramatorsk. Kyiv wants tougher sanctions and wider Starlink access, rejecting claims of a diplomatic dead end.
