Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband announced 38 UK sanctions on Russia during a visit to Ukraine with President Volodymyr Zelensky. The package targets oil firms, twelve more shadow-fleet tankers, crypto and payment platforms, and suppliers feeding missile and drone production. Britain says coverage now reaches ninety percent of Russian oil capacity and over six hundred vessels. A new Kyiv Business Centre will help British firms invest.
