Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday criticised a reported deal for Russia to supply the US with over 300,000 tons of diesel fuel. Donald Trump had previously instructed Ukraine to cease attacks on Russian diesel facilities, citing a global fuel shortage.
