Vital financial assistance for Ukraine could be delayed due to disagreements over Russian oil transit. President Zelensky accused European allies of pressuring Kyiv to restart the Druzhba pipeline, which suffered Russian air strike damage in January. Hungary, dependent on Russian energy, is blocking a €90bn loan and new EU sanctions until the pipeline is repaired.
