Your Easter Holiday Flight Could Cost 20% More This Year
Airlines across Europe are passing on soaring jet fuel costs to passengers just as families try to book breaks. Fuel spot prices have nearly doubled since the Iran conflict began, hitting close to $1,850 per tonne. Air France-KLM added roughly €50 per return long-haul flight, and SAS cancelled over a thousand flights in April alone.
