Why Trump says he 'doesn't care' whether Iran talks succeed

Trump told reporters at the White House that it makes no difference whether a deal is reached because 'regardless what happens, we win.' He said Iran 'probably has a couple of mines' in the Strait of Hormuz but that US minesweepers are already clearing the waterway. He added that empty tankers from other nations are sailing towards the US to 'load up with oil and gas,' calling it 'a beautiful thing.'
