Lord Ricketts warns Russia targets UK energy, transport, defence.

Lord Ricketts, who advised David Cameron on national security, said on Saturday that Russian hacking and sabotage are getting more reckless. Appearing on BBC Radio 4's Today programme, he said ministers needed to begin an honest conversation with the public, and that banking, energy and water could be targeted. He is seeking additional funds for safeguarding energy, transport, air traffic control, and defence.
