What pushed Trump to restart Iran talks Monday?

Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar urged Donald Trump to hold off a strike, so a new round of US-Iran talks begins on Monday. Trump said talks will cover Hormuz shipping and Iran's nuclear programme, with no deadline set.
