New figures from the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) reveal that weight loss injections are associated with over 150 fatalities. Around 150,000 reports detailing adverse reactions and serious side-effects have been submitted by patients taking these GLP-1 drugs. Mounjaro, sold as tirzepatide, was the subject of the highest number of reports, exceeding 100,000 complaints and 98 deaths.
