USS George Washington reaches Middle East to replace the struggling USS Lincoln

Families of the 5,000 personnel on the USS Abraham Lincoln say the crew faces broken plumbing and dwindling food supplies. American military commanders announced on Thursday that a replacement ship had reached the Arabian Sea, while denying claims of poor living standards. One spouse noted her husband recently got a meal consisting of just a few chicken wings and some bacon.
