UK pledges £5 million to Nepal for flood relief after 270 deaths

The Prime Minister announced a £5 million pledge from the UK to assist Nepal's government following extensive damage from flash floods. At least 270 fatalities have been verified in the Rasuwa district, and 826 individuals remain unaccounted for, including over 30 British citizens. Emergency responders have also been offered to Nepal.
