Tunisia sack coach before Japan match

Tunisia are bottom of Group F after a heavy 5-1 opening loss to Sweden, and will now face Japan. They sacked coach Sabri Lamouchi following that defeat, immediately appointing Hervé Renard until the end of the World Cup. Renard will lead the team in Monterrey on Saturday for what FIFA says will be the 1000th World Cup match.
