Tuapse Refinery Ablaze as Ukraine Targets Russia's Energy Infrastructure

Evacuations were ordered and a major fire broke out at Russia's Tuapse oil refinery following a Ukrainian drone strike. It was the third attack on the Black Sea port in less than two weeks. President Putin cited it as evidence of escalating Ukrainian attacks on civilian infrastructure. The refinery, with a 12 million-tonne annual capacity, had halted production since April 16.
