Taiwan's TSMC, the world's biggest contract chipmaker, has reported a record quarterly profit for the sixth quarter running, up 68.7% on a year earlier and ahead of analysts' forecasts. The company says demand for chips used in artificial intelligence is still outpacing its supply.
