Meta has now launched Your Algorithm on Facebook, letting users change what they see in Feed and Reels by describing their interests in plain words. Large language models interpret the text and update recommendations in real time. Users can also tap Interested or Not interested on a post and explain what they liked or disliked. The controls sit in the three-dot menu on any post.
