Trump's peace board adds 16 nations
Seven more countries, including Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt, have agreed to join President Trump's Board of Peace, along with Israel, Jordan, Indonesia, Pakistan and Qatar. The board aims to consolidate a ceasefire in Gaza, support reconstruction, and advance peace. However, Slovenia declined, citing concerns about interference with international order. Bahrain, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Morocco, and Vietnam have also joined. Russia and the UK have been invited but haven't responded, while Macron declined.
