Ukraine had accused Washington of holding back key intelligence, which the US called "scandalous", but Zelensky said on Tuesday that early warnings of ballistic missiles are now coming through. He spoke after talks in Oslo with US envoy Steve Witkoff, who then flew to Russia to meet Vladimir Putin. Zelensky also hopes for a fix to Starlink, the satellite internet service, after speed limits.
