Oman's Sultan Haitham bin Tariq is on the first state visit by an Omani Sultan since 1982. At a Windsor Castle banquet on Tuesday, King Charles praised Oman's neutrality and its role as a trusted go-between for all sides. On Wednesday, the Sultan meets Prime Minister Andy Burnham to sign a deal the Foreign Office says will bring over £1bn of new investment.
