Trump says it is time to teach Canada a lesson over trade talks
The US president warned in a Wednesday interview that it is time for his country's northern neighbour to learn a lesson. Washington applied the hefty taxes to about $20 billion of goods over the weekend, with cars and vehicle parts facing similar penalties from January. Canada has already fought back with identical financial charges on American products, which kick in early next month.
